Wow! This is a fantastic read!
It has really helped to make sense of a lot of things that we often overlook in our lives.
I have suffered from various mental health issues for the majority of my life (ADHD, Depression, Anxiety...) - and only in the past 12 months I have begun to understand my own mental health and made the necessary changes needed to improve my quality of life and become the person I want to be.
We can’t change the past, but the future is ours.

This book should be everywhere with the fast paced lives we live nowadays. It’s such a good insight into how it should be normal to do things for yourself. You should make time for yourself always, no matter how high power job you have. And that it’s not normal to allow stress to consume you. Very good techniques explained too to help you better your mental health state and become the best version of yourself. Loved that eating was also touched upon. Eating behaviour links with mental health are becoming more and more evident!
